Volunteer at our Holiday Donation Site or Main Campus

Every year, we rely on community volunteers to help run our holiday donation site. Morning and afternoon shifts are available throughout December to assist at the donation site; greeting donors; accepting and sorting gifts, and data entry. If you or your group is interested in volunteering, email, Volunteer Coordinator, or call (916) 290-8199.
Our community programs host free holiday celebrations in December to spread the joy of the season while providing information and resources to help strengthen families in our highest risk communities. By sponsoring a holiday party, you or your organization will positively impact many families at holiday time, encouraging them to forge connections to community programs that can continue to help them throughout the year. If you are interested in sponsoring a holiday party, email, Director of Philanthropy.

For families, coworkers, or groups looking to take care of more than one child this holiday season, we provide an “Adopt a Family” option. Make a local family’s holiday wishes come true by helping to provide household goods, gifts for the children, or other essential items to make their season bright! Click here to get started and submit your interest by December 4. We will then match you with an SCH family. Contact Todd Koolakian for availability.
